AVIVA PLC - APPLICATION TO LIST SHARES

Correction to the announcement made at 11:25 (RNS number: 8987B) on 05/10/2022: The expected date of admission will be 7 October 2022 and not 6 October 2022 as previously announced. The full corrected announcement is as per below. All other information was correct:

An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 27,000,000 Aviva plc ordinary shares of 3217/19 pence each to be admitted to the Official List. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

These ordinary shares are to be issued to satisfy the future release of awards under the following employee share plans:

Aviva Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2017                      25,000,000

Aviva Ireland Save As You Earn Scheme                                        1,000,000

Global Matching Share Plan                                                             1,000,000

It is expected that admission will commence at 08.00am on 7 October 2022
