AVIVA PLC - APPLICATION TO LIST SHARES
An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 9,500,000 Aviva plc ordinary shares of 25 pence each to be admitted to the Official List. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
These ordinary shares are to be issued to satisfy the future release of awards under the following employee share plans:
Aviva Annual Bonus Plan 2011 3,500,000
Aviva Long Term Incentive Plan 2011 3,000,000
Aviva Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2017 1,500,000
Aviva Ireland Save As You Earn Scheme 500,000
Global Matching Share Plan 1,000,000
It is expected that admission will commence at 08.00am on 21 October 2020
