Aviva plc (the "Issuer") €700,000,000 Fixed/Floating Rate Direct Capital Instruments (ISIN: XS0206511130, Common Code: 020651113) (the "Euro DCIs") Cancellation of Listing

The Issuer wishes to announce that it has, on 28 November 2014, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Euro DCIs, redeemed the Euro DCIs in full and that the listing of the Euro DCIs on the Bourse de Luxembourg has been cancelled with effect from (and including) 29 November 2014.

The Issuer announced on 24 October 2014 that it would be redeeming the Euro DCIs.
