Further to the announcement made on 28 February 2014, Aviva plc ("Aviva" or the "Company") today announces that Pat Regan will step down as Chief Financial Officer and as a Director on 28 March 2014 and Tom Stoddard will be appointed as a Director with effect from 28 April 2014.
