Roma, 3 agosto 2017 – Avio S.p.A. rende nota la variazione del capitale sociale (interamente sottoscritto e versato) a seguito dell'esercizio di n. 4.025.512 Market Warrant di Avio S.p.A. relativi al periodo dal 1° al 31 luglio 2017 per la sottoscrizione di n. 1.092.184 Azioni di Compendio di Avio S.p.A. e conseguente aumento del capitale sociale per un importo di € 109.218,40. La relativa attestazione è stata depositata presso il Registro delle Imprese di Roma in data 3 agosto 2017.

Rome, 3 August, 2017 – We hereby notify the new fully paid-up share capital following the exercise of n. 4,025,512 Avio S.p.A. Market Warrants for the period from 1 to 31 July 2017 for the subscription of n. 1,092,184 conversion shares and the related share capital increase for an amount of € 109,218.40.

The related certificate was filed at the Rome Companies' Register on 3 August 2017.
