ESERCIZIO DEI MARKET WARRANT DI AVIO S.P.A. PER IL PERIODO DAL 1° AL 16 AGOSTO 2017 E COMUNICAZIONE DI CHIUSURA DEL PERIODO DI ACCELERAZIONE

Roma, 17 agosto 2017 – Avio S.p.A. rende noto - con riferimento ai Market Warrant di Avio S.p.A. di cui al Regolamento dei "Market Warrant Avio S.p.A." disponibile sul sito internet dell'Emittente (www.avio.com) alla sezione Investor Relations - che per il periodo dal 1° al 16 agosto 2017, sono pervenute n. 2.931.747 richieste di esercizio dei suddetti Market Warrant per la sottoscrizione di n. 795.422 Azioni di Compendio di Avio S.p.A..

Ai sensi del suindicato Regolamento, si precisa che a seguito dell'esercizio di complessivi n. 7.465.267 Market Warrant dal 16 giugno 2017 al 16 agosto 2017 ("Termine di Decadenza" così come comunicato da Avio S.p.A. in data 2 giugno 2017 nella Comunicazione di Accelerazione) e quindi della sottoscrizione di complessive n. 2.025.429 Azioni di Compendio, il periodo di esercizio è definitivamente chiuso e che i restanti n. 34.711 Market Warrant che non sono stati esercitati sono estinti e privi di validità ad ogni effetto.

EXERCISE OF AVIO S.P.A. MARKET WARRANTS FOR THE PERIOD FROM 1 TO 16 AUGUST 2017 AND END OF THE ACCELERATION PERIOD

Rome, 17 August 2017 – With reference to the Avio S.p.A. Market Warrants, as per the related Regulation available on the Issuer's website (www.avio.com), at the section Investor Relations, Avio S.p.A. announces that, for the period from 1 to 16 August 2017, n. 2.931.747 exercise requests were received, for the subscription of n. Avio S.p.A. 795.422 conversion shares.

Compliant with the above indicated Regulation, Avio S.p.A. underlines that following the exercise of total n. 7.465.267 Market Warrants from 16 June 2017 to 16 August 2017 ("Deadline" as notified by Avio S.p.A. in the Notice of Acceleration released on 2 June 2017) and the subscription of total n. 2.025.429 conversion shares, the exercise period is closed and the n. 34.711 remaining unexercised Market Warrants are void and without validity.
