PUBLICATION OF THE UPDATED BY-LAWS

Colleferro (Rome), 3 December 2025 – Avio S.p.A. informs that the updated By-laws – filed on 3 December 2025 at the Companies Register of Rome, is available to the public at the company's registered office in Rome, Via Leonida Bissolati No. 76, on the company's website (www.avio.com, section "Corporate Governance") as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().
