Roma, 16 maggio 2017 – Avio S.p.A. rende noto che le Relazioni Illustrative sugli argomenti all'ordine del giorno della prossima assemblea degli azionisti di Avio S.p.A., convocata per il giorno 15 giugno p.v., unitamente ai Pareri del Collegio Sindacale relativi alla risoluzione consensuale dell'incarico di revisione legale conferito da Space 2 S.p.A. a KPMG S.p.A. e al conferimento dell'incarico a Deloitte & Touche S.p.A., nonché la Relazione sul Governo Societario e gli assetti proprietari, sono a disposizione del pubblico, a partire dalla data odierna, presso la sede sociale in Roma, Via Leonida Bissolati n. 76, sul sito internet della Società (www.avio.com, Sezione dedicata all'Assemblea degli Azionisti 2017) nonché sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" ().
