Roma, 3 agosto 2017 – Avio S.p.A. rende noto che è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico lo Statuto Sociale nella versione depositata in data 26 luglio 2017 ed iscritta in data 3 agosto 2017 presso il Registro delle Imprese di Roma, aggiornato a seguito dell'esercizio dei Market Warrant di Avio S.p.A. per il periodo dal 16 giugno al 30 giugno 2017, presso la sede sociale, in via Leonida Bissolati 76, Roma, sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo (www.avio.com - Sezione Corporate Governance), nonché sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" ().

Bylaws, filed on 26 July 2017 in the Rome Business Register and registered on 3 August 2017, updated as result from the exercise of Avio S.p.A. Market Warrants for the period from 16 to 30 June 2017, are made available at the Company's head office in Rome, Via Leonida Bissolati n. 76, on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Corporate Governance Section) and on the website of the authorized storage "eMarket STORAGE" ().
