PUBLICATION OF THE GUIDELINES ON THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF AVIO S.P.A. FOR THE THREE-YEAR PERIOD 2026-2028
Colleferro (Rome), 9 February 2026 – Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") announces that the "Guidelines on the quantitative and qualitative composition of the Board of Directors of Avio S.p.A. deemed optimal for the three-year period 2026-2028" – approved on January 29, 2026 by the Board of Directors of the Company - is available to the public at the registered office at via Leonida Bissolati 76, Rome, on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Section "Investors/Shareholders' Meeting April 28, 2026") and at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().
For the purpose hereof, it should be recalled that the ordinary Shareholders' meeting scheduled to be held on April 28, 2026 will be called, inter alia, to appoint the new Board of Directors.
The call notice and the additional documentation relating to the Shareholders' Meeting of April 28, 2026 will be made available to the public in the manner and within the time limits prescribed by law.
