APPOINTMENT OF NEW HEAD OF INVESTOR RELATIONS
Colleferro (Rome), 30 July 2025 – Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") announces that the Board of Directors held today resolved to appoint Nevio Quattrin new Head of Investor Relations, effective today. Nevio Quattrin, who has been overseeing the Company's investor relations activities since February 2024 in support of the Chief Financial Officer, will thus ensure continuity in managing the relations with investors, at the same time further consolidating his position in Avio.
Starting from today, Nevio Quattrin will take over this role from Alessandro Agosti, who resigned on May 30.

At the date hereof, Nevio Quattrin does not hold any share in the Company.
Avio is a leading international group engaged in the construction and development of space launchers and solid, liquid and cryogenic propulsion systems.
