RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Colleferro (Rome), 30 May 2025 – Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") announces that, at the date hereof, Alessandro Agosti resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer, Investor Relator, and Executive Officer for Financial Reporting and for the declaration of the sustainability statement to face a new professional challenge.
The resignation will be effective as of September 12, 2025. Until that date, Mr. Agosti will continue to hold his current positions in order to provide the necessary business continuity and ensure a smooth transition. At the date hereof, Mr. Agosti does not hold any share in the Company. No indemnity or other benefits in addition to those provided for by the applicable national collective agreement are envisaged in favour of Mr. Agosti.
The Company sincerely thanks Alessandro for the significant professional contribution he has made in more than 10 years of service, a period during which he has, among other things, contributed to Avio's listing process and dealt with the Company's key stakeholders.
Avio promptly decided to start the selection process for the identification of an ideal candidate with a suitable profile and will announce his name once appointed.
