Board of Directors of Avio S.p.A. releases an opinion on the size and composition on the Board of Directors for the years 2020-2022

Current Board to present a list of candidates

Colleferro (Rome), 28th February 2020 – Today, in view of the renewal of the Board of Directors by the next General Shareholders' Meeting scheduled on the 6 th of May 2020, the Board of Directors of Avio S.p.A. ("Avio"), with the supporting opinion of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, has approved its opinion on the size and composition of the Board of Directors for the years 2020-2022, abiding to the recommendations of the Self-Governance Code.

The aforementioned is available at the company headquarters, on Avio website on the Investor Relations section dedicated to the 2020 Shareholders' Meeting, and on the "eMarket Storage" stock mechanism ().

The Board of Directors has also decided, with the supporting opinion of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, to submit to the General Shareholders' Meeting a list of candidates for the renewal of the Board, abiding to art. 11 of the Articles of Association.

The list submitted by the Board of Directors will be made available in compliance with the terms prescribed by the law at the company headquarters, on Avio website on the section dedicated to the 2020 Shareholders' Meeting, and on the "eMarket Storage" stock mechanism ().
