APPOINTMENT OF THE NEW HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT

Colleferro, June 25, 2018 – The Board of Directors of Avio S.p.A. (hereinafter "Avio" or the "Company"), informs that on today's date has appointed Protiviti S.r.l., with office and domicile in Via Tiziano no. 32 – 20145 Milan, to carry out in outsourcing the Internal Audit Functions of the Company Avio, and Mr. Alessandro Cencioni, Managing Director of the Company Protiviti S.r.l., was appointed as the head of the Internal Audit Function.
