PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 28, 2023

Rome, March 14, 2023 - Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") informs that: (i) the illustrative report of the Board of Directors concerning the items on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for April 28, 2023, prepared pursuant to Article 125 of Legislative Decree February 24, 1998, no. 58 ("TUF"), as well as the explanatory report on items 3 (Appointment of the Board of Directors) and 4 (Appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors) on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for April 28, 2023; (ii) the list of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Directors proposed by the outgoing Board; (iv) the Detailed Report on the preliminary process carried out and the reasons behind the selection of candidates for the list proposed by the outgoing Board, are available to the public at the registered office at Via Bissolati 76, Rome, on the Company's website (www. avio.com, Section "Investors/Shareholders' Meeting 2023") and at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" (). Additional documents relating to the Shareholders' Meeting, as required by current regulations, will be made available to the public, in the manner and within the time limits prescribed by law.
