Avingtrans, a manufacturer of critical components and associated services to the global aerospace, energy and medical sectors, confirms, further to its announcement of 27 September 2016, that it has appointed N+1 Singer Advisory LLP ("N+1 Singer") as its nominated adviser with immediate effect. N+1 Singer is now nominated adviser and sole broker to the Company.
