Avingtrans plc (AIM: AVG), which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules, systems and associated services to the energy, medical and industrial sectors, announces certain dealings in its shares by Roger McDowell, Chairman.

PDMR Dealings

On 28 March 2022, Rachel McDowell (Roger's wife) sold 14,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 435 pence per Ordinary Share. On the same date, Roger subsequently purchased 14,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 435.20 pence per Ordinary Share into his SIPP.

As a result of the above activity, Roger's interest in the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged at 1,406,409 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.4% of the Company's enlarged share capital.
