Exercise of Options, PDMR Dealings and Total Voting Rights

Avingtrans PLC (AIM: AVG), which designs, manufactures and supplies original equipment, systems and associated aftermarket services to the energy and medical sectors, announces certain dealings in its shares.

Exercise of Options

The Company has issued, conditional on admission to trading on AIM, a total of 50,500 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") in the Company following an exercise of certain employee share options, and options held by PDMRs (the "PDMR Options"). Application for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM has been made and admission is expected on 9 November 2020 ("Admission")

Subsequent to the issue of the New Ordinary Shares as above, the Company's total issued share capital is 31,864,594 Ordinary Shares. Avingtrans does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Avingtrans is 31,864,594.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
