Director's Dealings

Avingtrans plc, which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules and associated services to the energy and medical sectors, announces the following purchase of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Steve McQuillan, Chief Executive Officer of the Group. On 29 September 2017, Steve purchased a total of 18,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 212 pence (the "Share Purchase"). Of the Share Purchase, 9,250 Ordinary Shares were purchased by Steve's wife, Sheena McQuillan, and 9,250 Ordinary Shares were purchased by Steve directly.

As a result of the Share Purchase, Steve McQuillan is holding a total of 243,500 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.79 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company; of which 227,481 Ordinary Shares are held by Sheena McQuillan and 16,019 Ordinary Shares are held by Steve directly.
