Avingtrans (AIM:AVG), which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules and associated services to the aerospace, energy and medical sectors, has been notified that on 25 February 2015, Roger McDowell, Chairman, acquired a total of 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 104.5 pence per share.

Following this share purchase, Roger McDowell's beneficial holding in the Company is 2,406,409 Ordinary Shares representing 8.7 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
