Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby formally inform the exchange that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today, i.e., Monday, May 18, 2026. The Board, inter alia, considered and unanimously approved the following:
- Appointment of Ms. Pushpa Joshi (DIN – 06838093) as the Non – Executive Independent Director (Additional) of the Company.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors approved, appointment of Ms. Pushpa Joshi (DIN – 06838093) as the Non – Executive Independent Director (Additional) of the Company with effect from May 18, 2026, for a term of five consecutive years, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
