Buy-back of own securities

The Company announces that on 22 October 2025 , it bought back 400,000 O rdinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.092% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 256.50 pence per Ordinary share (lowest price per share 256.50 pence, highest price per share 256.50 pence). The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.

Following cancellation the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company will be as follows:
