REVOLVING CREDIT FACILITY - INCREASED LIMIT

AVI Global Trust plc (the Company) has agreed with Scotiabank Europe PLC that the borrowing limit on its existing Japanese Yen 4.0 billion three year revolving credit facility will increase with immediate effect to Yen 9.0 billion. In addition, drawings of up to half of the facility limit may now be made in pounds sterling, US dollars and / or Euros.

The facility limit is equivalent to approximately £65 million at current exchange rates.

There is no change to the Company's formal investment policy as a result of this change.
