Approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, please dial your above Call‐In number.

A Conference Administrator will greet you and obtain your full name and any other required details. You will be asked to test the * then 1 keys on your telephone to ensure that you are able to register questions, if required. You will then be placed into hold music until the conference is due to commence.

At the start of the conference you will be taken off hold music and placed in a Listen Only (mute) Mode; there is no need for you to mute your own phone line.
