Changes to AGM attendance protocols

Melbourne , Australia, 26 May 2021 - Avecho Biotechnology Limited (ASX: AVE) (“Avecho” or the “Company”), a company that develops and commercialises innovative Human and Animal Health products using its proprietary drug delivery system called TPM[®] , refers to its Annual General Meeting to be held at 1.00pm (AEST) on Monday, 31 May 2021 (“AGM”).

As a result of the potential health risks and the Victorian Government’s restrictions in response to the COVID19 pandemic, the Company has arranged for its AGM to be held as a hybrid meeting. The Company’s constitution allows for a general meeting to be held at two or more venues simultaneously using any technology that gives the shareholders as a whole a reasonable opportunity to participate. The Directors have therefore determined to issue this addendum to the Notice of AGM to allow AGM to be held in hybrid form. Shareholders will therefore be able to attend the AGM either via the webinar conferencing facility or at Grant Thornton Australia Limited, Level 22 Tower 5, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3008.

To attend the AGM virtually, you are invited to register in advance through - https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_Lr_foihnTpqLBFWkJjK 4g following which you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Even if you participate online, we encourage all shareholders to cast proxy votes beforehand and to lodge questions in respect of the AGM resolutions ahead of the meeting at info@avecho.com.au. Loding questions and casting your proxy vote ahead of the meeting will not prevent you from attending virtually.

Shareholders attending the AGM virtually will be able to vote in real time via the Lumi platform available at https://web.lumiagm.com/ using Meeting ID 386995237 . Online voting registration will commence 30 minutes prior to the start of the AGM. For full details on how to log on and vote online, please refer to the attached user guide.

Please note that COVIDSafe limits on attendee numbers will be enforced at the physical location and as such shareholders may not be admitted if applicable limits are exceeded. Similarly, COVIDSafe measures will be enforced and shareholders attending the physical location will be required to wear face masks.

For the health and safety of shareholders and personnel and to ensure that the AGM at the physical location is conducted in a COVIDSafe manner, the Company encourages shareholders to attend the AGM via the webinar conferencing facility. Shareholders will be able to participate (vote and ask questions) at the meeting via the webinar conferencing facility.

Should the Victorian Government subsequently impose a lockdown in Melbourne, the Company will hold its AGM in a virtual form only. Shareholders will be required to register in advance through https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_Lr_foihnTpqLBFWkJjK-4g. Shareholders will be able to vote via the Lumi platform using the same Meeting ID 386995237.
