Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 8,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued on future vesting or exercise (as applicable) of share awards pursuant to the following schemes:

Scheme	Shares
Avast Existing Employee Share Plan	5,000,000

Avast Long Term Incentive Plan                                                              3,000,000

Admission to listing of the shares is expected to become effective on 24 September 2018.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
