APPOINTMENT OF LEGAL COUNSEL

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company announces that it has appointed Mrs Charlotte McNeilly as Legal Counsel. 

Based in Singapore, Charlotte has joined the Company's legal team advising on aircraft financing and leasing transactions. Charlotte previously worked for six years in private practice in London and Singapore specialising in aviation finance.
