Takeoff Asset Management Pte. Ltd., a company in which Robert Jeffries Chatfield (Executive Chairman) has an interest, has acquired an aggregate nominal amount of US$200,000 of Avation Capital S.A. $100,000,000 7.5% guaranteed notes due 2020 at a price of 91.50 per cent. The trade occurred on 8 June 2016.
