Committee Change
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Avast announces that the Board has approved the appointment of Warren Finegold, Senior Independent Director, as a member of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.
Following the change noted above, the members of the Remuneration Committee will be Tamara Minick-Scokalo (Chair), Belinda Richards, John Schwarz and Warren Finegold.
