Committee Changes
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Avast plc announces that the Board has approved the following changes to its Committees, with effect from the conclusion of the Company's 2021 Annual General Meeting on 6 May 2021 (the "AGM").
Warren Finegold, Senior Independent Director, will be appointed as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and will step down from the Remuneration Committee.
Maggie Chan Jones, Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and will step down from the Remuneration Committee.
Belinda Richards, Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Following the changes noted above and subject to the re-election of each of the directors at the AGM, the Committee membership following the conclusion of the AGM will be:
