Avast plc announces that it has appointed Tamara Minick-Scokalo, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, as a member of the Remuneration Committee, with effect from 22 June 2020. Tamara will also continue to serve as a member of Company´s Audit and Risk Committee.
