Avast plc announces Board Committees Appointments
23 April 2019
Avast plc announces that it has appointed Belinda Richards, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, as the chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, with effect from 22 May 2019. Belinda will no longer serve as a member of Company´s Nomination Committee. Erwin Gunst, previous chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, will remain a committee member.
In addition:
- Maggie Chan Jones, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Company; and
- Tamara Minick-Scokalo, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of Avast plc,
in each case with effect from 22 May 2019.
