Avast plc (the "Company"), announces that a copy of the notice of the annual general meeting of the Company (the "2022 AGM Notice"), to be held on Friday, 24 June 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at White & Case LLP, 5 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1DW (the "Annual General Meeting"), has been made available to its shareholders and is available on the Company's website at https://investors.avast.com/.
