NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11.00 a.m. (UK time) on 16 November 2015, at 65 Kampong Bahru Road, Singapore 169370.

Shareholders based in the United Kingdom are invited to attend a video conference of the meeting which will be held simultaneously at the offices of Charles Russell Speechlys LLP at 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3LX. Copies of the following documents have been posted to shareholders and a notice of meeting is available on the website www.avation.net/notices.html:

1.   Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company;

2.   Form of proxy for use at the Annual General Meeting.
