NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that

it will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 10.00 a.m. (UK time) on 24 November 2014, at 510 Thomson Road, #12-04 SLF Building, Singapore 298135.

Shareholders based in the United Kingdom are invited to attend a video conference of the meeting which will be held simultaneously at the offices of Charles Russell Speechlys LLP at 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3LX.

Copies of the following documents have been posted to shareholders and a notice of meeting is available on the website www.avation.net:

1. Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company;

2. Form of proxy for use at the Annual General Meeting.
