SENIOR NOTES REPURCHASE

Ava�on PLC (LSE: AVAP) , the commercial passenger aircra� leasing company announces that it has repurchased US$3,000,000 face value of Ava�on Capital S.A. Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2026 (the "Notes") issued under Ava�on's global medium term note programme. The Notes were acquired at a price equal to 97.50 per cent of face value and will be cancelled. Following cancella�on there will be US$326,555,981 remaining Notes outstanding
