Avantium releases agenda for 2019 Annual General Meeting

AMSTERDAM, 3 April 2019, 18:00 CET – Avantium published the agenda and other meeting documents for its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held at the Euronext Amsterdam, Beursplein 5, 1012 JW Amsterdam, The Netherlands, on Thursday 15 May 2019, 09:30 CET. The meeting documents are available on the Avantium website (www.avantium.com/investor-relations/annual-general-meeting) and consist of:

• Convocation for the AGM including the agenda, an explanation of the agenda items and instructions for attending the meeting
• 2018 Annual accounts

Shareholders can register via the ING EVO Platform: https://ing.evoplatform.com/avantium. This platform is available from 17 April 2019, after 18.00 CEST, until Wednesday 8th May 2019, 17.30 CEST, or via their intermediary where their shares are administered.
