Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are to inform you that Thai Union Group PCL (“TU”), a Shareholder having right to nominate two (2) directors on the Board of the Company as per the collaboration Agreement with them, vide its letter dated February 16, 2023, has withdrawn its nomination of Mr. Wai Yat Paco Lee (DIN: 02931372), from the Board of the Company and nominated Mr. Peerasak Boonmechote (DIN:10047883), Non-Executive Director in his place.
