Pursuant to the SEBI Regulations mentioned above, we would like to inform you that on August 17, 2023, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee through circular resolution, allotted 1,11,252 equity shares consequent upon exercise of ESOPs, at the exercise price of Rs. 20/- as determined under the “ AVALON- Employee Stock Option Plan 2022 ” by the eligible employees.

In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from ₹13,05,85,154 comprising of 6,52,92,577 equity shares to ₹13,08,07,658 comprising of 6,54,03,829 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
