Ref: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Pursuant to the SEBI Regulations mentioned above, we would like to inform you that on October 16, 2023, (late night) the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, through Circular Resolution, allotted 8411 equity shares to the employees consequent upon exercise of their ESOPs, at an exercise price of Rs. 20/- as determined under the “ AVALON- Employee Stock Option Plan 2022 ” by the eligible employees.

In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from ₹13,09,55,878 comprising of 6,54,77,939 equity shares to ₹13,09,72,700 comprising of 6,54,86,350 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
