Pursuant to the SEBI Regulations mentioned above, we would like to inform you that on September 13, 2023, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee through circular resolution, allotted 74,110 equity shares consequent upon exercise of ESOPs, at the exercise price of Rs. 20/- as determined under the “ AVALON- Employee Stock Option Plan 2022 ” by the eligible employees.

In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from ₹13,08,07,658 comprising of 6,54,03,829 equity shares to ₹13,09,55,878 comprising of 6,54,77,939 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
