Pursuant to the SEBI Regulations mentioned above, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Mr. Shriram Vijayaraghavan as Chief Operating Officer (“ COO ”) of the Company effective October 18, 2023.

Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Kunhamed Bicha, Managing Director, Avalon Technologies Ltd said, “ We are delighted to have Shriram as our COO to operationalize the strategic goals that the Company has set for itself. Shriram's well-rounded experience in consulting, engineering research, export, and manufacturing will bring immense value to Avalon as we aim to establish ourselves as a distinctive player in the Electronic Manufacturing Services industry. Brief profile	Mr. Shriram Vijayaraghavan is a distinguished leader in the mobility industry with over 15 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing. His previous role as President at Wheels India was pivotal in the expansion of their manufacturing facility and in vastly growing their export presence. Prior to that, he held key positions as Vice President at Hertz Corporation (USA), Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co (USA), and contributed to research at Caterpillar Inc and the University of Michigan. He also holds Board seat at Sundaram Composite Structures Private Limited (India) and Mind Srl (Italy). He holds a BE (Mechanical) degree from SVCE (Anna University), an MS (Mechanical) from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor and rounded off his education with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
