TRANSFER OF SHARES
We wish to update the market on a recent administrative share transfer related to Verifact Pty Ltd’s holdings in AVADA in relation to the Appendix 3Y change of director interest for Mr Dan Crowley released to ASX on 13 June 2025.
To simplify the company structure and wind down Verifact Pty Ltd, which no longer trades, the owner has transferred all 14,159,254 shares with the following transfers have taken place:

9,439,503 shares owned by Verifact Pty Ltd were transferred to Mr Daniel Crowley

- 4,719,751 shares owned by Verifact Pty Ltd were transferred to Mr Jarrod Bowditch.
This transaction is an administrative measure and no impact on the operations is anticipated.
This announcement has been approved for release to the ASX by the Board.
