AVADA Group Board resignations
AVADA Group Limited (ASX: AVD ) advises that Ms Jo Willoughby and Mr Lindsay Barber resign from the Board as Independent Non-Executive Directors, effective 19 May 2025.
As a founding Board member of AVADA, Ms Willoughby has played a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Company since its inception and in her role as Chair of the People, Nominations and Remuneration Committee. Ms Willoughby has decided to step down as she expands her portfolio of directorships.
Mr Barber is stepping down due to increased professional demands. His strategic and operational insights have been highly valued during his tenure.
Chairman, Lance Hockridge said, “On behalf of the Board, I extend our sincere thanks to both Jo and Lindsay for their commitment and contributions. Jo’s leadership has helped lay strong foundations for the Company, while Lindsay’s operational expertise brought valuable perspective to the Board. We wish them both continued success in their future endeavours.”
“The Company does not propose to replace Jo and Lindsay as the Board believes a reduced number of directors is appropriate to the size and market capitalisation of the business.”
This announcement has been approved for release to the ASX by the Board.
