Non-Executive Director Appointment

AVADA Group Limited (ASX: AVD ) is pleased to announce that Courtney Black will join the Board as a NonExecutive Director, effective 19 June 2023.

Ms Black has previously worked as CEO of Virgin Airlines’ Velocity Frequent Flyer and Chief Marketing and Loyalty Officer of Virgin Australia, Managing Director and CEO of Shine Lawyers, and Chief of Strategy and Corporate Services for Queensland Rail.

Courtney is a seasoned leader with a successful history in strategic, commercial and operational roles across a number of industries, with specialist expertise in customer experience, strategy, transformation and change management. Courtney is an experienced commercial lawyer and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has been a director on public, private and not-for-profit boards.

Chairman, Lance Hockridge, said, “We welcome Courtney to the Board of AVADA Group. Her depth of experience across major projects, marketing, ICT, facilities management, fleet, data and procurement, will be of significant value to AVADA.”

Ms Black’s extensive experience and knowledge has been built over a career spanning 25 years.

“I have a strong personal commitment to customers and safety, underpinned by a robust governance approach, which is why being a part of AVADA is a great fit.
