AVADA Group Limited Annual General Meeting

AVADA Group Limited (ASX:AVD) (‘AVADA’, ‘the Company’ or ‘the Group’) advises that:

1. in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1 its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 20 November 2024, commencing at 10:00am (Brisbane time); and

2. in accordance with Listing Rule 14.3, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of the Company is Tuesday, 1 October 2024.

The Company will announce further details regarding the Annual General Metting, including the time and location, in a separate notice of meeting which will be provided to securityholders on or about Friday, 18 October 2024.
