Notice of AGM and Report and Accounts

Avacta Group plc (AIM: AVCT), the global provider of proprietary diagnostic tools, consumables and reagents for human and animal healthcare, today announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2013 have been sent to shareholders along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). Copies of both documents are also available of the Company's website, www.avacta.com.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Walker Morris, Kings Court, 12 King Street, Leeds, LS1 2HL on 24 January 2014 at 2.00pm.
