Freeing off-market bid from defeating condition Section 650F Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

TO: MaxSec Group Limited ACN 000 029 265 Unit 29, 1 Talavera Road North Ryde, NSW 2113

AND TO: Australian Securities Exchange

Future Fibre Technologies Limited ACN 064 089 318 ( Bidder ) has made offers under an offmarket takeover bid for all the ordinary shares in MaxSec Group Limited ( Offers ). The Offers are contained in a bidder’s statement dated 18 October 2017 (as amended and supplemented by the supplementary bidder’s statement dated 2 November 2017) ( Bidder’s Statement ).

The Bidder gives notice under section 650F(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) that:

• (a) the Offers are free from all conditions set out in clause Schedule 2 of its Bidder’s Statement; and

(b) the Bidder’s voting power in MaxSec Group Limited is 55.811%.
