ASX ANNOUNCMENT – CLEANSING NOTICE
Notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act
This notice is provided by AVA Risk Group Limited ( AVA ) for the purposes of Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 ( Corporations Act ).
AVA today issued 3,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) pursuant to exercise of Options. It is noted that a total of $600,000 was received by the Company in consideration for the Shares. These funds will be applied to general working capital.
For the purposes of Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act, the Company gives notice of the following in respect of Shares:

The Shares were issued without disclosure to investors in accordance with Part 6D of the Corporations Act.

The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to it; and
-
(b) Section 674 of the Corporations Act.

There is no excluded information, as defined in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act, as at the date of this notice.
This notice is authorised for release by the Board of Directors.
