APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

Future Fibre Technologies Limited ( ASX:FFT ) (“ FFT ” or the “ Company )” today announces the appointment of Ms Kim Clark as the Joint Company Secretary of the Company. Ms Clark has worked closely with the current Company Secretary for over 12 months.

Ms Clark is an experienced business professional with over 21 years experience in the Banking and Finance sector along with 10 years experience as a company secretary to a number of ASX Listed Companies both as in house Company Secretary and via her employment as Head of Corporate Services with Boardroom Pty Ltd. Her experience includes debt and capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, governance and risk management.
